This is a performance-driven role at the intersection of agent success, product adoption, and revenue growth, ensuring agents consistently execute against best practices and program expectations.\nPrimary Objective\nIncrease conversion rates and revenue outcomes by improving agent behavior, tool adoption, and execution across the consumer lifecycle.\nCore Responsibilities\n1. Agent Performance Coaching & Accountability\nPartner directly with agents to improve performance across the full conversion funnel:\nProvide direct, actionable coaching based on real performance data\nReinforce consistent execution of the performance frameworks\nHold agents accountable to program standards and expectations through lead allocation levers and disengagement framework\n2. Performance Management & Optimization\nMonitor agent performance across key metrics\nIdentify gaps and create targeted improvement plans\nTrack progress and adjust coaching based on outcomes\nPartner with Sales Managers to address persistent underperformance\n3. Product & Workflow Adoption\nDrive adoption of Compass and partnership tools that directly impact conversion\nEnsure agents are using tools as intended to deliver a high-quality client experience\nConnect product usage to performance outcomes\n4. Market-Level Insights & Diagnostics\nIdentify patterns in agent performance across markets, teams, and cohorts\nSurface insights on what's driving or blocking conversion\nProvide structured feedback to Marketplace strategy, Product, Analytics\nHelp inform program evolution based on real-world performance\n5. Program Enablement & Field Partnership\nLead onboarding, training sessions, and office hours for participating agents\nPartner with brokerage leaders to align on performance expectations\nReinforce program standards consistently across offices and regions\nAct as a visible, trusted partner to the field, focused on outcomes\nSuccess Metrics\nImprovement in agent conversion rates across the funnel\nIncrease in closed transactions tied to Demand Marketplace leads\nAdoption and consistent use of Compass tools and workflows\nReduction in unclaimed or poorly handled leads\nField engagement and participation in coaching programs\nMonthly visits in person with agents\nIdeal Profile\n5+ years in real estate, proptech, or marketplace sales performance roles\nDeep understanding of residential transaction flow and agent workflows\nProven experience coaching or managing performance of sales professionals\nStrong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive behavior change\nExcellent communicator with ability to influence without authority\nHigh accountability orientation, comfortable holding a performance bar\nWorkplace & Location: This is a fully in-office role, with opportunities to be based in any of our following locations: New York City, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, Atlanta, Nashville, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, and Houston.\nCompensation: The expected base pay for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.
