Our Pro Shop is the heartbeat of that experience — featuring the latest in wakeboarding, wakesurfing, waterskiing, and lake-life gear.We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Pro Shop Manager with a sharp eye for merchandising and visual presentation to lead our retail operations, inspire our team, and create an unforgettable shopping experience that captures the essence of lake life.What You’ll DoLead and inspire the Pro Shop team — hiring, training, scheduling, and fostering a fun, high-energy atmosphere all season long.Own the in-store experience. Ensure every guest feels welcome, understood, and excited to gear up for their next day on the water.Showcase the brand. Curate seasonal merchandise displays, coordinate product launches, and design visual layouts that tell the story of life on the lake.Drive performance. Manage inventory, buying, and vendor relationships to keep the shop fresh, organized, and profitable.Keep operations smooth. Oversee daily transactions, reconcile sales, and maintain accurate reporting.Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with our boat sales and service teams to support dealership events and deliver a seamless customer journey.Champion the lifestyle.
