Job Overview: As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing inspections, treatments, and pest management solutions for our residential and commercial customers. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, values honesty and integrity, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. You’ll be working outdoors in all seasons, including the summer months, so an ability to handle varying weather conditions is essential. Perks of the Job -Health Allowance - Paid Time Off -Company vehicle -Company Phone -No cap on sales commissions -Fast-growing company with lots of growth opportunities -Team-oriented feel -Newer vehicles with great working A/C -Family business so you will feel at home Responsibilities and Duties -Builds strong relationships with internal and external customers to create "Customers for Life." -Communicates with office personnel, sales team members, fellow technicians, and management to ensure top-quality customer service. -Educates customers and prospects on all services. -Provides all services to customers, ensuring that the highest standards are met including general pest control, rodent control, gopher control...etc, -Applies pest control products to label standards on residential and commercial properties. -Safely operates company equipment, including company vehicles. -Selling company service contracts to potential customers -Must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs from the floor onto your back over and over -Must be able to be on your feet and walk for 8 hours/ day. -Must be willing to learn cell phone applications. -Must have a valid CA driver's license and clean driving record -Must be willing to take a Background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug test Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour Benefits: Fuel card Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Professional development assistance Application Question(s): Are you willing to undergo a background check as part of the employment process?
