You should possess excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to customer service and safety.\n\nQualifications:\nEducation: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent degree.\nExperience:\n1 – 5 years of experience in arch/engineering/design preferred.\nConsideration will be given to candidates which have achieved an equivalent level of experience inclusive of related/similar project work and education in addition to coursework in pursuit or attainment of a related professional certification for qualification including but not limited to: RA, PE, PMP, LEED AP, NCIDQ, RICS.\nSkills:\nExcellent communication\nClient management\nTime management\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel\nTechnical writing experience, a plus\nCertifications:\nOSHA 10 Certification\nOther Requirements:\nMastery of the English language – written and spoken\nValid driver’s license\nReliable transportation\nProject experience to include residential and/or commercial\nDesign, construction, building and business acumen preferred\nPossess demonstrated ability in detailed-oriented success\nAbility to read contract and shop drawings required\nExperience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel required; additional software experience is a plus\nKnowledge of CAD, BIM technology and scheduling standards\nKnowledge of construction computer software or systems\nAbility to work independently as well as in a team environment\nAbility to work on multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously\nAbility to travel as required – approximately up to 15% of time\n\nResponsibilities:\nThe successful candidate will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.\nManages the day-to-day operational aspects of a project, including the budget, base scope and additional services.\nReviews deliverables prepared by the team.\nAssumes responsibility (in partnership with the Project Manager, and all Director Level positions) for financial, technical and design excellence, overall quality and client satisfaction.\nEnsures project documents, including legal documents, contracts, and task orders are reviewed, approved, signed and filed per Hillmann protocol.\nProject Accounting\nTracks and reports hours and manage project budget.\nFacilitates team and client meetings.\nEffectively communicates relevant project information to the client, team, and internal leadership.\nDelivers engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations.\nConsistently acknowledges, appreciates, and motivates both individual staff and project team.\nEffectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential.\nClient Management.\nManages day-to-day client interaction and expectations.\nDevelops lasting relationships with clients and develops opportunities for new projects.\nCommunicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.\nContinually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.\n\nAt Hillmann Development Advisors, LLC, we are committed to your professional development and well-being.
