The Endpoint Engineer will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of endpoint devices, including Windows and macOS systems. The role includes OS imaging, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and providing Tier 3 support using endpoint management tools.\nResponsibilities:\nManage the lifecycle of endpoint devices, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.\nPerform OS imaging, configuration, and deployment for Windows and macOS platforms.\nUtilize endpoint management tools implement patching, software delivery, and security updates.\nProactively identify and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities to maintain compliance with security standards.\nProvide Tier 3 technical support for escalated endpoint issues, ensuring timely resolution.\nCreate and maintain documentation for endpoint device configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.\nMonitor endpoint management systems to ensure proper operation and scalability.\nCollaborate with IT teams to maintain consistency in endpoint setups across the organization.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Experience may be substituted for education.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on client/endpoint management for both Windows and macOS devices.\nStrong expertise with endpoint management tools.\nProven ability to manage OS imaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation activities for large-scale environments.\nSolid troubleshooting skills for complex endpoint issues.\nClearance Level Must Currently Possess: Top Secret\nLocation: Onsite / occasional hybrid allowed\nUS Citizenship\nValid US Passport\nDoD 8140 IAT II compliant\nWork Requirements\nYears of Experience\n5 + years of related experience\nmay vary based on technical training, certification(s), or degree\nCertification\nTravel Required\nLess than 10%\nCitizenship\nU.S. Citizenship Required\nSalary and Benefit Information\nThe likely salary range for this position is $140,250 - $189,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
