Job Description: OTR CDL-A Owner Operator Doyle Sims & Sons Trucking, Inc (Trimac Transportation Family of Companies) Terminal: Gleason, TN Family Owned and operated since 1949. Owner Operator Pay: 64% of the line haul (Extra 8% if you own your trailer) Experienced management and dispatch teams Paid weekly through direct deposit All tolls, bridges, and scales are paid by DSS or reimbursed Details of Work: Hauling various bulk commodities: Dry Bulk Pneumatic Drivers are out 2 weeks at a time, home every other weekend. 2,500 – 3,000 miles a week Pick up points: Various locations throughout the US Destination points: Various locations throughout the US Requirements/Partnership: Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License - 1-2-years verifiable tractor-trailer experience Sleeper Cab Pass truck inspection at our shop Blower provided by DSS at no cost with 1 year of employment. ELD provided by DSS Fuel card provided to take advantage of fuel discounts (costs deducted weekly) Owner Operators cover their own tax withholdings Owner Operators will need to utilize our company truck insurance Your Profile: No Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances in the past 7 years. No more than 2 of each category or any combination in the past 3 years involving: moving violations, chargeable accidents, or “employee at fault” accidents. No convictions or citations for reckless driving.
