must have excellent computer skills, be fluent in Microsoft Office and Project, have strong communication skills with experience in working with vendors and subcontractors.\n\nDuties include:\n\n* Ability to manage complete takeoff from the bid documents\n* Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work\n* Attend Pre-Bid meetings as well as pre-bid jobsite visits\n* Enter Labor, Material, Equipment, Subcontractors, and project overhead for each respective project\n* Work efficiently under stringent deadlines\n* Solicit bids from subcontractors, send plans and specifications, and follow up to obtain competitive pricing\n* Procure permitting for awarded projects\n* Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to establish delivery and start schedules, updating as needed\n* Negotiate and create purchase orders to trade partners & vendors for awarded projects\n* Maintain safety ratings and requirements in ISN & Avetta\n* Spearhead job specific safety training requirements\n\nQualifications:\n\n* Construction Management degree or related field -OR- 5 years Construction Estimating experience\n* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Projects, experience with Microsoft Office\n* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills\n* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment\n\nPosition is Monday-Friday 8-5, with full benefits offered\n\nJob Type:
