This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and technology, helping ensure that approved credit and pricing strategies are accurately translated into production logic and executed as intended.\nThis individual will play an important role in supporting decision changes from business requirements through deployment and validation, while partnering closely with stakeholders across Credit, Product, Risk, and Engineering. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, technically curious, and excited to build expertise in decisioning, controls, and process improvement.\nKey Responsibilities-Decision Strategy Implementation\nSupport change execution across third-party platforms, internal tools, or partner-specific decisioning environments.\nTranslate business requirements and approved strategies into clear specifications, logic, and implementation support materials.\nHelp ensure decision logic is aligned to business intent, policy, and approval documentation.\nKey Responsibilities-Testing, Validation, and Controls\nPerform user acceptance testing, production verification testing, and other validation activities for strategy changes.\nHelp develop and maintain repeatable testing processes and quality checks to improve execution accuracy and consistency.\nMaintain documentation including specifications, test evidence, validation results, and change logs.\nSupport auditable and well-controlled implementation practices in a regulated environment.\nKey Responsibilities-Cross-Functional Partnership\nICommunicate testing outcomes, implementation status, issues, and risks clearly and effectively.\nSupport multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high quality and strong attention to detail.\nFulfill data requests, simulations, and analyses in support of strategy and business partners\nKey Responsibilities-Process Improvement and Automation\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and strengthen execution controls.\nUse Python, SQL, Excel, and reporting tools to automate repeatable processes where appropriate.\nContribute to scalable reporting, testing, and implementation support processes as team needs evolve.\nQualifications-Preferred Experience\n1-3 years of experience in an analytics, implementation, operations, decisioning, or similar role.\nBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or other quantitative or related field.\nProficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nAbility to translate business requirements into structured logic, documentation, or technical specifications.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively independently and as a team member.\nQualifications-Preferred Experience\nExperience in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending.\nExposure to credit, pricing, or other decisioning workflows.\nExperience with testing, validation, quality assurance, or production support processes.\nExperience with Jupyter Notebooks, rules engines, or decision platforms is a plus.\nInterest in automation, process improvement, and reducing repetitive manual work.\nQualifications-Skills and Competencies\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nComfortable working in a cross-functional environment with both business and technical stakeholders.\nWillingness to learn new systems, tools, and decisioning processes.\nAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and control.\nTeam-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.\n$90,000 -
