Apply online and kickstart your career today!Pay, Schedule, and LocationStarting at $26.44-$28.44/hourExcellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and visionFull time hoursLocated in Nazareth, PennsylvaniaDuties and ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain Windows-based workstations, handheld devices, and serversProvide support to Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGV)Configure and monitor network infrastructure, equipment, and devicesSet up and maintain user accounts within an enterprise environmentSet up and implement RF and wireless devicesSet up and troubleshoot various printer technologiesSet up and maintain phones, both desk and cellPerform and/or oversee software installation and upgradesMaintain site licenses for departments and facilitiesTroubleshoot networks, systems, and applications issues to identify any issues that may interrupt operationsDevelop various training materials, SOPs, Run Books, and instructional sheets for IT-related itemsCommunicate with operations and leadership any issues that arise, provide solutions, and implement preventive measuresEstablish and perform maintenance programs following company and manufacturer standardsMaintain confidentiality concerning the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the networkDocument network problems and resolutions for future referenceOther duties as assignedTravel may be requiredRequirements and QualificationsStrong in Windows OS and Office applicationsHave experience with network technologies such as switches, routers, access points, etc4+ years of experience in the system support field, with working knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, and ExchangeStrong written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical termsAbility to work independently or as part of a team to achieve common goalsStrong analytical and technical ability to solve complex problemsStrong organizational skills needed.
