You will be passionate about leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and modern application development to push the boundaries of our existing technology stack.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nMentor and assist Tableau/data developers in integrating advanced analytics, AI, and custom visualizations into reporting solutions.\n\nEnable the team to leverage Python, AI/ML, and automation within Tableau, Alteryx, AWS, and Databricks.\n\nResearch and introduce new technologies, frameworks, and best practices to elevate reporting and analytics delivery.\n\nDevelop reusable components, templates, or scripts that enhance team productivity and solution quality.\n\nDesign and build innovative applications, web solutions, or AI‑powered tools that deliver data in new, impactful ways.\n\nDevelop and deploy custom LLM models, generative AI solutions, or automation tools to improve data delivery and user experience.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions and requirements.\n\nEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices in cloud environments (AWS).\n\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Tableau, Python, and data engineering tools (Alteryx, AWS, Databricks).\n\nExperience integrating AI/ML models and advanced analytics into reporting platforms with cloud environments and DevOps practices.\n\nStrong application/web development skills (e.g., Flask, Django, Streamlit, React, or similar) and familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, and automation tools.\n\nAbility to mentor and upskill team members in new technologies and approaches and excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nCuriosity, creativity, and imagination with a passion for data analysis, continuous learning, and professional development.\n\nEnthusiasm for building visually compelling, user‑friendly applications.\n\nPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\n\nStrong understanding of data visualization principles and experience building interactive dashboards.\n\nExperience with web hosting and deploying data‑driven applications.\n\nPrior work in financial services or regulated environments.\n\nKnowledge of data visualization best practices and advanced Tableau features.\n\nExperience with API development and integration.\n\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location.
