Shift hours may vary between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Flexibility in scheduling is required based on operational needs. Overtime may be required.\n\nJob Summary:\n\nThe Data Entry Processing Lead Assists Data Entry personnel with daily processing questions and supports the department supervisor in all aspects of Data Entry operations, including staff support, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing training. This position helps ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions while maintaining quality and productivity standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAccurately enter and process financial information using a PC workstation.\nEnsure all payments are processed accurately and within contractual service-level requirements.\nAssist with staff scheduling, workflow planning, and daily production activities.\nMonitor performance within the Data Completion area and assist in documenting performance concerns.\nReview processing errors and provide feedback and coaching to Data Entry staff.\nConduct research on unprocessed payments (suspense items) using systems such as Kidstar and CSE.\nCommunicate with employers, counties, and DCSS resources regarding payment-related issues.\nPrepare and provide accurate reports on unprocessed payments to management.\nPerform quality control reviews and assist with Data Entry Quality Ratings.\nMaintain professional standards of conduct, including attendance, appearance, and workplace behavior.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nBackground and Drug Screening is required.\n\nExperience\n\nMinimum of six (6) months of experience in data entry or a lead role required.\n\nSkills and Knowledge\n\nStrong data entry skills involving both alphabetic and numeric information.\nExperience using a 10-key calculator with a high level of accuracy.\nProficiency with Windows-based desktop applications.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nAbility to remain seated for extended periods.\nFrequent handling of paperwork and documents.\nContinuous keyboard use requiring repetitive hand and finger movements.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nPrevious lead or supervisory experience preferred.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive hourly pay\nBenefits from day one (medical, dental, vision) for eligible roles\nPaid time off and holidays\nPaid training\nCareer growth and advancement opportunities\nSupportive and inclusive work environment\n\nApply now and make an impact from day one\n\nPay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.
