The Mobile Sales Associate will participate in outbound activities that market the Boost brands and products to bring in new customers as well as continue to maintain relationships with existing customers. Our sales team receive new employee and ongoing training, so they are prepared to answer service and product questions, walk every customer through their decision-making process.\nYour Adventure Begins Here!\nPosition Overview:\nPeople skills and interaction with valued customers is the foremost focused of our Mobile Associates. Whether the customer is new to Boost Mobile or returning for the newest in pre-paid technology, people are key!\nComplete New Hire and Recurring Training so you are knowledgeable in presenting pre-paid solutions to customers. Your goal is to be an expert in your field.\nEnjoy interacting with people.\nBe able to talk to every individual who enters our store and remember they have a choice where to shop, thank them for choosing to visit Boost Mobile.\nExecute sales vs. goal objectives as presented by management.\nEnsure compliance and completion of daily, weekly, monthly sales goals and checklists.\nMaintain a positive attitude, handling each sales opportunity or situation with professionalism.\nParticipate in special events and other marketing events representing Boost Mobile.\nAbility to work well with co-workers and management.\nStrive to optimize the time on shift regardless of the customer traffic – learn more, ensure the store is clean and presentable. Reach out to the Store Manager or District Manager requesting additional duties – stretch your possibilities.\nCompensation Overview\nCalifornia Pay Range: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour\nThe base pay does not factor in an aggressive commission program provided by the 2020 Mobile Corp when goals and objectives are met.\nThe compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualification, and experience.\nü Health Benefits: The company offers Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance programs for Full Time employees working a minimum of 30 hours a week.\nü Retirement Benefits: The company participates in the CalSavers Retirement program for our California team members.\nü Paid Sick Leave Program\nü Employee Discounts: Phone devices & Accessories\nWhat’s required!\nü Education – the position requires a High School Diploma/GED\nü Work Experience: Six months of customer service/or sales experience in the retail environment preferred.
