We are hiring Material Handlers to support our production and warehouse operations in Saline and Romulus, Michigan.\nThis is a ground-floor opportunity to build valuable experience, grow your skills, and expand your career with a growing company.\nOur Opportunity:\nAs a Material Handler, you will help keep products, materials, and inventory moving safely and efficiently throughout the facility. You will play an important role in supporting warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, food safety, sanitation, and on-time distribution.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSafely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment\nMove, stage, and store finished products\nLoad and unload trailers\nComplete accurate inventory transactions\nUse RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems\nMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area\nFollow all safety, food-handling, sanitation, and compliance procedures\nSupport team and operational needs in a fast-paced environment\nWhat You’ll Bring\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred, material handling experience may be substituted for education requirement\nForklift experience, including sit-down and reach-truck operation required\nExperience with RF scan guns and warehouse inventory systems preferred\nStrong attention to detail and inventory accuracy\nExcellent attendance and a strong work ethic\nFlexibility and willingness to support changing operational needs\nMust be a team player and work collaboratively\nPhysical and Work Environment\nMaterial handlers may work in warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing environments with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, moving equipment, and warehouse traffic.\nThe role requires frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and forklift operation.
