Work closely with other software engineers and team members to understand the system end-to-end and perform system analysis. Analyze, design, configure and develop the business logic and backend systems. Complete the work needed to implement features from the product backlog. Work closely with Product/Business Owner to understand stories and requirements from both Business and Technical perspective. Size/estimate user stories/requirements. Perform unit testing and execute all testing related activities including the automation of test cases where applicable. Create necessary project and product artifacts including support documentation. Work closely with other team members to ensure features meet business needs. Work collaboratively with infrastructure, security and other partners. Collaborate with Portfolio Architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards. Communicate with Product/Business Owner, Engineering Lead, UI/UX Designer or Scrum Master/Project Manager to ensure stories/tasks are delivered on schedule. Perform ongoing product maintenance and resolve issues (e.g. break/fix) as support requests arise.
