You'll talk directly to billers, fire chiefs, and ops leaders, build customer-facing features, and own things end-to-end: architecture, code, deployment, and the 2am page when something breaks. You'll help ship automation that saves agencies real money and gets paramedics paid faster.\n\nAbout You\nYou have an opinion and know when to push back. When a customer asks for X, you figure out whether they actually need X or something three steps upstream. You ship, feel good for thirty seconds, then start noticing what could be better.
