You’ll lean into uncertainty, move fast from prototype to reliable software, and measure success by real-world impact.What You’ll DoOwn outcomes end-to-end: from scoping, building, and deploying to iterating with customers in the wild.Ship high-leverage automations: orchestrate LLM agents, build browser-and-phone/email workflows without perfect APIs.Connect systems pragmatically: integrate with CRMs/AMSs, queues, document stores—mindful of retries, idempotency, and observability.Drive value quickly: set up pilots, track key metrics (cycle time, accuracy) and scale wins into repeatable playbooks.Support early GTM: help lead customer workshops, demos, and proof-of-value projects.First 30 Days Might Look LikeShadow producers and map a high-friction workflow—then ship a working automation that cuts their cycle time by 30–50%.Build a durable headless-browser task with authentication and structured logging.Launch metrics that let customers see time saved and errors avoided.What It Takes to SucceedStrong builder mentality—keen on shipping early and iterating quickly.Comfort working with customers—translating fuzzy needs into real systems.Broad technical fluency across TypeScript/Next.js, Node.js, Python, headless browser automation, LLM orchestration, APIs, queues, cloud/CI/CD, and observability tools.Excellent judgement around reliability, retries, data hygiene, and security.Bonus ExperienceB2B workflow automation backgroundVoice/email integrationsNavigating imperfect external systemsHow We WorkYou’ll be an early hire with meaningful product and architectural responsibility.Start fast, then aim for production-grade reliability.Located in our SF office, 6 days/week.
