The engineer will work closely with product, data science, and platform teams to operationalize AI capabilities into real world applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nAgentic & GenAI:\nDesign, develop, and deploy Agentic and Generative AI solutions using AWS AI services (Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, Rekognition, Textract, Transcribe, Translate).\nIntegrate foundation models / LLMs into applications using Bedrock or custom model endpoints.\nBuild AI pipelines for inference, prompt orchestration, fine tuning, and evaluation.\nImplement responsible AI practices including auditability, explainability, bias mitigation, and model governance.\nAWS Cloud Architecture & DevOps:\nArchitect and deploy cloud native solutions using AWS core services:\nEC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Aurora, Step Functions.\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform.\nDesign CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or similar tools.\nOptimize performance, availability, and cost using AWS Well Architected Framework principles.\nSecurity, Compliance & Operations:\nEnforce AWS security best practices (IAM, KMS, VPC design, encryption at rest/in transit).\nImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch, XRay, and OpenSearch.\nSupport compliance requirements (SOC2, ISO, financial services governance where applicable).\nParticipate in production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong experience in fullstack development (frontend + backend).\nHands-on expertise with AWS services and cloud native architectures.\nPractical experience building or integrating Agentic or Generative AI solutions.\nProficiency in at least one backend language (Python preferred).\nExperience with REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous processing.\nFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS/EKS).\nEngineering & Delivery:\nExperience building production grade systems, not just prototypes.\nStrong understanding of software design patterns, scalability, and resilience.\nAbility to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.\nExperience working in Agile/DevOps teams.\nThe pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour.
