Responsible for administration and document management across a wide variety of capital projects.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES\n\nWork within a database tracking system environment to receive, input, track and update supplier data files for engineered equipment.\nWork with discipline and project engineering teams to ensure supplier documents meet Anvil and client document quality requirements.\nExpedite transfer of documents between suppliers, clients and engineers.\nTurn over final documents to clients.\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).\nAn aptitude for and interest in learning other software programs.\nProficiency with Adobe Acrobat.\nProficiency with database applications.\nAbility to work well with people at all levels within and outside the organization.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent organization skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks and projects.\nFlexibility - ability to juggle multiple demands on time and resources with a positive attitude.\nWilling to work overtime to meet client requirements.\nAttention to detail; ability to identify when supplier documents do not meet specified requirements.\nExperience with engineering consulting firms or petroleum refining industry a plus.\nFamiliarity working with drawing packages and AutoCAD a plus.\nWilling and able to speak with strangers on the phone.\nWilling and able to find people and conduct face to face discussions.\nApplicants must be able to obtain a TWIC card.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\n\n3-10 years Document Control experience within an engineering environment\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n\nAble to sit/stand for long periods of time.\nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time\nField trips to job sites (local and/or remote) will be required, so applicant must be open to travel and remote site assignments\n\nAnvil Corp is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer.
