Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans. Deliver physical therapy services aimed at restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients’ physical abilities. Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to promote independence and improve overall functionality. Collaborate with peers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient across diverse care settings. Make appropriate referrals to support patients’ holistic well-being and rehabilitation goals. Serve as a mentor and guide to patients, fostering confidence, mobility, and improved quality of life. Requirements Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s degree in a related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus at least five years of progressively responsible experience. Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to the U.S. equivalent of a Physical Therapy degree. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Experience working in multiple care settings such as skilled nursing, outpatient, or home-based therapy. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to educate, motivate, and collaborate with patients and team members.
