This includes the ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language.\r\nIf driving company or client vehicles, or if using your own vehicle for work activities, must possess a valid State of Michigan driver’s license and have a clean driving record with less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, less than 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years, and no other major violations in the last 3 years.\r\nMust be willing to become CPR/First Aid/AED certified and be capable of administering this care in emergency situations.\r\nMust be able to pass a Physical Agility Test within 90 days of hire, and annually thereafter. The PAT includes activities such as sprinting, sit-ups, push-ups, and a 1.5-mile run (all activities are timed events).\r\nMust be physically and mentally sound and able to always remain alert while on duty.
