Junior Recruiter

CenCore is a government security contractor who supports varsity level customers based out of northern Virginia, Maryland and D.C. CenCore currently hires Security, Intel, Administrative and Information Technology professionals. CenCore is in search of a self-driven talent acquisition professional who can perform and learn the following duties: 1. Strong verbal and written communication skills 2. Exceptional organization and time-management skills 3. Ability to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate creativity in solving them 4. Learn current and help develop new recruiting strategies to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates 5. Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process 6. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc 7. Must thrive in a goal driven environment 8. Utilize an ATS 9. Experience in sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Work Location: In person
