production experience with ReactExposure to LLM APIs, agentic workflows, or AI-native product patterns (streaming, long-running tasks)Exposure to a reputable large tech company via internship or full-time experience4-year CS degree (or equivalent technical degree)Demonstrable product sense and passion for building (GitHub, personal projects, or portfolio)High agency and reliability — able to own problems and deliver without hand-holdingBased in NYC or willing to relocate;
