The successful candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children.\nResponsibilities include developing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards; providing engaging, hands-on instructional activities; fostering positive relationships with students and families; and promoting school readiness through play-based learning experiences.
