The successful candidate will manage project scopes, timelines, and resources in coordination with the client’s standards and TekSynap’s operational frameworks.\nResponsibilities:\nManage very complex and/or high risk programs\nProvide technical, administrative and operational leadership to assigned tasks and supervise assigned staff\nAnalyze highly complex systems and network issues, providing expert guidance and actionable solutions to mitigate risks.\nRecommend strategic plans of action for both Contractor and Government staff to effectively address identified challenges.\nManage Contractor teams supporting the resolution of issues, ensuring high standards of performance and adherence to project goals.\nServe as the Contractor’s primary contact for the Customer's personnel, facilitating all communications and ensuring alignment with client objectives and compliance with all contractual requirements.\nCoordinate and manage the execution of activities across multiple contractor teams, ensuring consistency with strategic goals and performance standards.\nActively engage in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of program activities to meet the strategic objectives of the client.\nDevelop and maintain integrated schedules and budgets, aligning with the client’s strategic objectives and operational needs.\nProvide regular status updates to stakeholders, documenting and managing changes effectively to adapt to evolving requirements.\nImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs, utilizing industry best practices for scalable and secure outcomes.\nIdentify, analyze, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle to minimize impact on deliverables.\nUphold high standards for software development and information assurance, addressing potential vulnerabilities for data security and integrity.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field.\nMinimum of 8 years of relevant Information technology experience, including three years of experience in a management or supervisory capacity plus three years of experience in the functional area of the project to be managed.\nExperience managing contractor teams and interfacing with government staff to resolve issues. This is essential for the role's focus on project and team management.\nDemonstrated ability to serve as a primary contact for client interactions, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.\nStrong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.\nAbility to pass a rigorous Customer Specific Background Investigation.
