Driving the execution of the Customer Engagement & Education product line, the full-time remote Product Manager - Customer Engagement will manage roadmap delivery, story writing, sprint execution, and validation while collaborating with a distributed engineering team to enhance resident engagement in waste and recycling programs. Key responsibilitiesExecute the product line roadmap by managing daily tasks such as discovery, story writing, sprint planning, and validation Focus on enhancing the resident experience by balancing user engagement with municipal requirements Collaborate with PMs across product lines to support integration and unify the Routeware platform Required qualifications2-3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a SaaS environment, particularly with consumer-facing products Strong agile fluency, including backlog management and sprint planning Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams, demonstrating written clarity and async communication skills Analytical mindset with proficiency in product analytics and metrics-driven decision-making Familiarity with AI capabilities and their practical applications in product development#J-18808-Ljbffr
