As a member of this team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations across the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Jira Service Management, and related add-ons. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in back-end, front-end, and cloud technologies, with a focus on creating seamless integrations, automating processes, and enhancing the usability and governance of Jira and associated tools.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nDevelop and maintain system integrations between Jira, Atlassian tools, and external enterprise systems using APIs.\r\nManage APIs and middleware services to automate manual processes and support data synchronization.\r\nConfigure and stand up Jira projects, including workflows, issue types, screens, and field structures.\r\nDesign and implement Jira automations (native and scripted) to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.\r\nCreate and maintain Rovo agents and leverage AI capabilities to enhance search, insights, and workflow execution.\r\nManage intake processes for new fields, enhancements, and project requests, ensuring governance and standardization.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, integration, and alignment with reporting needs.\r\nEnhance user experience through thoughtful configurations, layouts, and UI improvements within Jira.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, automations, and Jira platform functionality.\r\nWrite scalable, clean, maintainable, and efficient code.\r\nStay up to date with Atlassian platform updates, AI capabilities, and integration best practices.\r\nExperience Required\r\nProven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.\r\nStrong proficiency in back-end technologies such as Python and Node.js.\r\nExperience with API development, REST integrations, and webhook-based architectures.\r\nHands-on experience with Jira configuration (projects, workflows, fields, automations, permissions).\r\nExperience integrating Atlassian tools and marketplace add-ons.\r\nExperience with cloud platforms and APIs such as Google Cloud or similar.\r\nFamiliarity with AI-driven capabilities and automation frameworks (e.g., Rovo or similar tooling).\r\nKnowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).\r\nExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git).\r\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\r\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\r\nBenefits Overview\r\nEverforth Apex offers a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance plans that offer an optional layer of financial protection.
