Observes all safety regulations and ensures quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Coordinates Maintenance work. Provides Maintenance Trainee training. Relieves Maintenance personnel for breaks. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.\n\nPosition Responsibilities\n\nSupervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.\n\nOversees and provides guidance to the maintenance crew to ensure safety regulations, procedures, quality standards and budget are met.\n\nCoordinates Maintenance work. Provides Maintenance Trainee training. Relieves Maintenance personnel for breaks.\n\nPerforms the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installations of refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and apparatus,\n\nPerforms maintenance, repairs and installations on various equipment.\n\nMaintains, replace, build, adjusts and modifies the facilities, buildings and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations.\n\nPerforms general housekeeping duties and keep maintenance area clean. Secure all equipment, as needed. Complete all necessary reports and paperwork.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nComplies with all policies and standards.\n\nIt is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
