{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"e48c2dd101d2cd8fb1a81771","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/e48c2dd101d2cd8fb1a81771","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/e48c2dd101d2cd8fb1a81771","title":"Pipefitter","description":"We are searching for an Technician to install, start up, and service sampling systems and instrumentation at customer sites across the power, wastewater, and industrial markets.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* Install, start up, retrofit, and repair online sample systems, sample conditioning systems, and instrumentation at customer sites\n* Follow established work instructions and safety procedures to deliver high-quality, on-time service\n* Read and interpret P&IDs and isometric drawings to determine equipment locations and tie-in points\n* Perform mechanical work including:\n* Measuring, cutting, bending, and installing process tubing (1/8”–¾”)\n* Cutting, threading, and installing process piping up to 3” diameter\n* Troubleshoot systems using a strong understanding of fluid flow and mechanical systems\n* Complete accurate, on-time service reports for customers\n* Use technology tools to manage schedules, communication, and documentation\n* Identify opportunities to add value, improve service offerings, and support customer growth\n* Travel extensively to support customer needs across assigned territories\n\nQualifications:\n\n* 3+ years of relevant field experience with sampling equipment or analytical systems\n* Strong mechanical aptitude, including piping, tubing, and equipment mounting\n* Ability to read technical drawings and work independently in the field\n* Basic understanding of industrial wiring and signal connections\n* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\n* Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills\n* Comfort working outdoors, on industrial structures, and lifting up to 50 lbs.\n* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel and work flexible schedules\n* Ownership mindset, initiative, and a strong focus on safety\n\nPay: $30.22 -
