Developer","description":"Job Description\n\nOur Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Java Developer for their Woonsocket, RI/Scottsdale, AZ location.Responsibilities:\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.\r\nBuild RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications and third-party services.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps.\r\nWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.\r\nParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.\r\nOptimize application performance and scalability.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues.\r\nContribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.\r\n5+ years of experience in Strong J2EE.\r\nStrong proficiency in Spring Boot and related Spring frameworks (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security).\r\nExperience with RESTful API design and development.\r\nFamiliarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate).\r\nKnowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).\r\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).\r\nUnderstanding of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.\r\nExperience designing, developing, deploying and operating scalable java microservices on cloud preferably on GCP.\r\nPreferred Skills:\r\nExperience with microservices architecture.\r\nFamiliarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).\r\nKnowledge of unit testing and test-driven development (JUnit, Mockito).\r\nExposure to Agile/Scrum
