Chief Financial Officer

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving the company's financial strategy and planning. The Chief Financial Officer has/is: MBA or other advanced degree or certification preferred (CPA or CFA) 10+ years of progressive financial management experience and a solid understanding of working in a PE-backed environment Proven experience implementing and optimizing ERP systems, preferably within the home furnishings industry A strong understanding of Storis, the industry-leading retail software solution, is highly desirable Strong problem solving, written, oral and analytical communication skills High computer proficiency, specifically strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Demonstrated business acumen and a proven track record of continuous improvement Ability to simultaneously lead and manage multiple time-pressured projects Must support all areas of the business and work closely with all stakeholders in a highly collaborative, flexible and creative manner.
