This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following:\n\nPosition reports to: Department Lead/Supervisor\nReview and retrieve required inventory parts on schematics, drawings or work instructions.\nPerform simple to complex assembly operations.\nTest and inspect product to ensure specifications are met.\nReport any deficiency to the Department\nFollow department processes to ensure ISO compliance.\nPossess some electrical and mechanical knowledge.\nAbility to use small hand tools including but not limited to cutters, strippers, crimpers and screwdrivers.\nAbility to use basic judgment in quality analysis and communicate with Department Lead any discrepancies.\nProactively seek opportunities to improve workplace environment and safety conditions.\nMaintain clean, neat, safe and orderly work area.\nAttend work regularly and promptly.\nAdhere to all company policies and safety regulations.\nAttend and participate in all required training.\nAttend and participate in all departmental meetings.\nOther essential duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications / Competencies\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.\nBasic math skills\nAble to use small hand tools.\nAdheres to quality standard and safety standards\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Not Required)\nKnowledge of raw materials, production processes, machinery, tools, and quality control procedures.\nPhysical ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds.\nAble to read diagrams, and understand basic electrical and mechanical concepts\n\nSystems Used\nMicrosoft Suite\nCSI\nUKG\n\nGeneral Notices\nProcess Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
