The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for generating new business, evaluating loan applications, analyzing financial information, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, and industry professionals to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage lending process.QualificationsExpertise in Mortgage Lending processes a plus but not requiredStrong Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationshipsProven sales and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentHolder of a valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license (we will help)Prior experience in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area housing market is a plus
