milestones, risks, and budget\nDeploy DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, change failure rate)\nEstablish flow metrics (cycle time, throughput, WIP, flow efficiency)\nGenerate budget tracking reports with variance analysis and burn-rate projections\nCreate executive presentations distilling complex data into clear narratives\nImplement data validation rules, quality scoring, and data dictionaries\nDevelop predictive models for project completion forecasting\nPortfolio Coordination\nCoordinate logistics for quarterly planning events\nDocument governance meetings and track requirements through development, testing, release, and post-launch optimization\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field\nEquivalent experience (5+ years) may substitute for degree\nExperience\n2-5 years in program management, portfolio operations, or PMO functions\nHands-on experience administering Azure DevOps, Jira, or Smartsheet\nExperience configuring workflows, dashboards, and reports in work management systems\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools\nExperience supporting agile
