Please find the below job description and request you to share me your resume to srinath.k@programmers.aiTitle: SailPoint SupportLocation: Southlake TX / Austin TXDuration: Full TimeKey ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage L3 incidents, problem tickets, and escalations end-to-endAct as the onsite technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IAM and SSOPerform deep troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixesSupport Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, access requests, and approval workflowsConfigure and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors, rules, and workflowsExecute aggregation, identity refresh, and reconciliation activitiesManage access certifications, remediation cycles, and audit supportAdminister and support PingFederate SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) support and operationsStrong hands-on expertise in IIQ rules, workflows, certifications, and debuggingExperience in PingFederate administration and SSO troubleshootingSolid understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)Proficiency in Java/BeanShell scripting and SQLFamiliarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
