The successful candidate will play a key role in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our enterprise business systems, utilizing a wide range of cutting-edge technologies. Must be a U.S. Citizen.\nResponsibilities:\nSoftware Development: Design, develop, and implement responsive web-based applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and user needs.\nSystem Enhancements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement software enhancements that reflect business rules and processes.\nIntegration Development: Partner with integration developers to create, test, and maintain seamless integrations between various applications.\nUI/UX Collaboration: Work alongside graphic designers to ensure a consistent user interface and brand identity across all sites and applications.\nTroubleshooting & Support: Diagnose, resolve, and provide timely support for application issues reported by end users.\nUser Training & Support: Educate and guide end users, providing necessary training and documentation to enhance user experience.\nArchitecture & Design: Participate in systems architecture and design sessions to contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap\nTechnical Documentation: Produce comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future development efforts.\nRequirements:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on .NET technologies.\nTechnical Proficiency:\nExpertise in C#, VB.Net, MVC, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.\nStrong knowledge of database design, management, and optimization.\nIn-depth understanding of software debugging, API integration, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) techniques.\nFamiliarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.\nProficient in Visual Studio and Azure DevOps environments.\nAdditional Skills:\nExceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of effective problem-solving.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.\nStrong aptitude for learning new technologies and adhering to industry standards and best practices.\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience with third-party enterprise applications is highly desirable.\nKnowledge of Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX/MVC is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with NetSuite is a plus.\nBenefits:\nWe are proud to offer eligible associates a full-range of benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, 401K, Profit Sharing, paid time off, holidays, and reimbursement toward gym membership fees.
