Be Berkadia.\nThe Program Manager – Corporate Development will serve as a program lead and growth driver for Berkadia’s BeEngaged startup accelerator. This role sits at the intersection of program leadership, ecosystem engagement, and strategic growth, supporting collaboration across internal teams, clients, and startup partners. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development, this individual will own the day-to-day execution and evolution of BeEngaged programming, manage a pipeline of startup and pilot opportunities, and actively champion the program across Berkadia and the broader industry.
