Key Responsibilities Manage all stages of litigation, including document discovery, pleadings, motions, briefs, and court filings Conduct depositions and status conferences, and argue motions in state and federal courts Collaborate with clients to meet and exceed their legal needs and expectations Required Qualifications 3+ years of litigation experience Experience in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm is a plus Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence Outstanding references
