You will play a crucial role in ensuring systems meet the business needs of the stakeholders.\nSupport the program by analyzing, decomposing, and documenting business needs.\nCollaborate with stakeholders, federal staff, the OM&E team, and the other Functional and Operational Support for Federal Systems team members.\nDrive alternatives analyses, white papers, pilots, and proof of concepts.\nUtilize Jira, MS Office products, AI, business process diagramming, and other tools.\n\nRequired Skills:\nHS Diploma and at least 3+ years of experience supporting Federal Child Support Systems.\nAt least 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis\nExperience creating User Stories and Business Requirements\nAbility of obtain/maintain a Public Trust\n\nWork Requirements\nYears of Experience\n3 + years of related experience\nmay vary based on technical training, certification(s), or degree\nCertification\nTravel Required\nLess than 10%\nSalary and Benefit Information\nThe likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
