Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise-scale deployments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in complex environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).DUTIES: Act as the main liaison and single point of contact for the customer throughout the RAG chatbot implementation. Lead efforts to capture, document, and understand customer requirements. Configure and adapt AI solutions to meet the customer's specific organizational needs. Collaborate with Dell Managed Services to resolve platform issues and coordinate necessary system configurations. Manage user onboarding and administration, including adding new users and building collections relevant to the chatbot. Provide consultative guidance for onboarding new use cases and expanding AI adoption. Deliver ongoing operational support, ensuring streamlined communication and rapid issue resolution. Translate business needs into technical solutions that accelerate customer innovation and adoption.
