This role is responsible for creating and maintaining data pipelines, databases, and an enterprise data warehouse.\n\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nDesign and implement scalable and efficient Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for data integration and access.\nManage and process data flowing through APIs, ensuring accuracy and integrity.\nPerform data transformation, validation, and aggregation as needed.\nDevelop and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources using ETL tools, SQL, Python and JavaScript.\nWork with large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements.\nDevelop analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insights into key business performance metrics.\nImplement security best practices to protect data and ensure API access is restricted to authorized users.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.\nParticipate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.\nOther related duties as assigned.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES\nExperience with API frameworks and tools.\nStrong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.\nExperience with diverse data formats such as XML/SOAP, JSON, and CSV.\nFamiliarity with various data connections, including ODBC, web services, APIs, and WSDLs.\nExpertise in database and data warehousing architecture techniques.\nSolid understanding of data modeling principles.\nStrong project management skills.\nAbility to assess and address broad data needs.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\nHigh attention to detail.\nProven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.\nAdept at quickly learning and implementing new data tools and technologies.\nStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\nHigh energy level.
