Influential is looking for a Director, Performance Media, who will be responsible for the strategy, execution, performance, and reporting of paid campaigns across multiple social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Reporting to SVP, Performance Media, this role will assist in the day-to-day stewarding of the media activity on assigned campaigns for our top clients, and help take social media planning to the next level. This role will manage the creation and execution of various media and measurement strategies, including, but not limited to brand awareness, foot traffic, online conversions, offline sales, tune-in, and more.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with cross-functional teams to build, deploy, track, and optimize paid social campaigns to successfully achieve business resultsLead the designing of A/B testing, brand lift surveys, and other attribution based measurement studies across social media channels to drive business resultsDrive collaboration with team members to ensure agreed upon pacing and delivery of campaigns, prompt delivery of reports to clients, and strong optimizationAnalyze campaign performance and make recommendations based on the analysisDevelop a strong working relationship with cross-functional internal teams as well as external partnersWork with our attribution partners to develop media strategies designed at driving key business results including brand awareness, online conversions, offline sales lift, tune-in, etc.Develop amplification strategies using campaign briefs and target audience research analysisMaintain detailed files of all pertinent records (latest media plans, performance reports, etc.) and update all internal systems relevant to each campaignMaintain awareness of new platforms and products, as well as look for opportunities to innovate and develop new media strategies to drive clients’ advertising forwardReconcile all campaigns to ensure that client receives all planned media and is invoiced/credited properlyQualificationsBachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in paid social mediaDemonstrated expertise and passion for influencer marketing and paid social, with a strong desire to learn & build knowledge of social media attribution, social analytics, and target audience strategiesProactive ability to multitask, strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbersProven ability to optimize media spend across multiple objectives to drive key business results and manage large social media budgetsWork in a fast paced environment with a strong focus on collaboration and innovative executionStrong working knowledge and a participant in the various social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and moreAbility to lead and mentor junior team members as neededStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experienceBonus points if:Proficient with 3rd party ad-serving, tracking, and analytic systems to be able to accurately input media plan details and launch campaignsExperience at a marketing-tech or media start-upAdditional informationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
