These are full-time roles with a San Francisco-based technology startup. These roles may include working: evenings, weekends & holidays.\nAs a Technical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical field escalations as well as shaping processes and tools to support your team. You will solve complex challenges that enable Ample to move into our next phase of energy delivery - these solutions will require thoughtfulness, creativity, and a drive to innovate. Your work will be directly impacting technical issue resolution, continuous operational improvement, and most importantly customer experience. You are process oriented and operate with a sense of urgency.\nAmple delivers energy 7 days a week.
