Senior Product Manager
Key ResponsibilitiesEmbed directly with client engineering and product teams to identify friction points in the SDLC and deploy targeted AI-assisted tooling - agentic coding, automated review, test generation, CI/CD optimization.Champion and implement agentic development methodologies (e.g. BMAD, orchestrated agent workflows) across planning, development, QA, and deployment phases.Act as a hands-on practitioner - writing real code, configuring real pipelines, and building reusable accelerators rather than advising from a distance.Translate engineering improvements into business outcomes: faster cycle times, reduced defect rates, lower delivery cost - and communicate these fluently to both technical and executive stakeholders.Evaluate, configure, and operationalize AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) within client environments, including prompt engineering, context management, and guardrail design.Develop lightweight internal playbooks, templates, and workshops to upskill client engineering teams and embed sustainable AI practices beyond your engagement.Partner with project leadership to baseline current-state velocity and report on measurable improvement milestones throughout the engagementUse customer feedback, market analysis, and data to inform product decisionsDefine and manage success metrics to inform ongoing product strategyKnow your customer by regularly engaging current and prospective users to understand needs and behaviorsDrive build-test-learn experiments to validate assumptions and refine product directionCreate, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog by decomposing complex problems into epics/features/user stories with clear acceptance criteriaPartner with Engineering and Architecture to define solution approaches, technical requirements, and delivery sequencingOwn non-functional requirements (NFRs) for performance, availability, scalability, resiliency, and observabilityDrive security-by-design and privacy-by-design requirements in partnership with Security, Risk, and ComplianceDefine telemetry and analytics instrumentation to measure adoption, reliability, and business outcomesEnsure production readiness through release planning, feature flags, runbooks, and incident response expectationsBalance feature delivery with technical debt reduction by prioritizing modernization, refactoring, and dependency upgradesDevelop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; incorporate timely stakeholder feedbackEnsure development standards are followed to enable tight feedback loops and clear product definitionCoach and mentor team members and cross-functional partners on collaboration, ideation, consumer research, experiment design and execution, measurement, implementation, customer interactions, and rolloutPartner with business and IT stakeholders during execution to ensure expectations are metProactively remove obstacles and resolve roadblocks to achieve product goalsIdentify and develop services and service level agreements (SLAs); educate senior leaders and continuously improve service-related processesPreferred QualificationsExperience as a Product Manager working in Agile methodologiesExperience advocating for UX/design practices within large business and technology organizationsPharmacy benefit management (PBM) and healthcare industry experienceDemonstrated focus on quality and cost savings through continuous process improvementProduct management certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM) preferredEducation & Experience8+ years of IT or digital product management (or related) experience across the SDLC, including at least 5 years in a Product Manager role and 3 years translating business needs and requirements into IT/digital product solutions5+ years of deep knowledge of IT principles, Agile development methodologies, and cloud platforms/applications, software products, or design tools5+ years of experience managing customer expectations and building strong stakeholder relationshipsPlease be aware that Capgemini Sogeti may capture your image (video or screenshot) during the interview process and that image may be used for verification, including during the hiring and onboarding processEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Life at Sogeti - Sogeti supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
