Despite the Program Manager title, this position is primarily focused on *student services, healthcare education administration, medical readiness support, credentialing, training agreements, and continuing education administration*.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have experience working in a *medical or healthcare education environment* and be comfortable coordinating student and training programs, maintaining credentialing and readiness records, supporting continuing education requirements, and working with multiple stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* Provide administrative and program support for student services and healthcare education programs.\n* Support the *Comprehensive Medical Readiness Program (CMRP)* and related medical readiness activities.\n* Coordinate and maintain *Training Affiliation Agreements* with participating organizations and institutions.\n* Support nursing competency and continuing education (*CEU*) processes.\n* Track and maintain credentialing requirements, including *professional licenses, certifications, and BLS currency*.\n* Monitor expiration dates and maintain accurate records to ensure personnel remain current and compliant with applicable requirements.\n* Assist with student onboarding, program documentation, training requirements, and related administrative processes.\n* Prepare, maintain, and update program records, reports, correspondence, and other documentation.\n* Provide input and recommendations regarding policies and procedures consistent with *AFI 41-106*.\n* Coordinate with students, instructors, healthcare professionals, government personnel, military organizations, training partners, and other stakeholders.\n* Support education and training program requirements and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.\n* Assist with continuing education administration, including tracking participation, requirements, and applicable documentation.\n* Maintain organized electronic records and program files using *Microsoft SharePoint* and other approved systems.\n* Perform other education-administration and student-services duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n*Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:*\n\n* *Bachelor's degree OR 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.*\n* At least *four (4) years of experience working in a medical-related environment.*\n* Proficiency with:\n* *Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint*\n* Knowledge and experience with the following:\n* *Comprehensive Medical Readiness Program (CMRP)*\n* *Training Affiliation Agreements*\n* *Nursing competencies*\n* *Continuing education (CEU) processes*\n* Ability to provide policy input and support program documentation consistent with *AFI 41-106*.\n* Experience tracking and maintaining credentialing requirements, including *professional licensure, certifications, and BLS currency*.\n* Must be willing to execute a *Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)* and provide it to the Government Program Manager by the start of performance.\n* *U.S. citizenship is required.* A permanent resident card (Green Card) does not satisfy this requirement due to base and network access requirements.\n* Must be able to obtain and pass a *Tier 1 (T1) background investigation / SF-85 Position of Trust* prior to reporting for duty.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nThe following qualifications are highly desirable:\n\n* Instructional or teaching experience.\n* Office management experience.\n* Experience working with a *Learning Management System (LMS)*.\n* Familiarity with the *Joint Trauma System (JTS)* and *Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) Clinical Practice Guidelines*.\n* Prior experience supporting *military medical education*, a Military Treatment Facility (MTF), or a military training/education office.\n* Experience supporting healthcare education, clinical training, medical readiness, or professional credentialing programs.\n\nWho We're Looking For\n\nThis position is well suited for a professional with a background in *healthcare administration, medical education, clinical education, student services, credentialing, nursing education, medical training, or healthcare program administration*.\n\nCandidates with experience coordinating medical education programs, maintaining professional
