Over the next years, Qbtech will make significant investments into new products, technologies and people to further strengthen their services and product offerings with the aim of building an ecosystem with solutions for providers, clinicians and patients.About The RoleProvide extensive knowledge of insurance operations in billing, coding, and administrative process related to pediatrics, general care, psychiatry, or neurology. Support current Qbtech customers with education around reimbursement options during the implementation of testing products to their clinic based on the clinics need, operations, and billing plan. Assist in providing support to troubleshoot claims, denials and appeals for Qbtech services at key clinics.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAchieve successful billing outcomes for customers through a consultative billing approach that supports their internal operations.Develop relationships with customers billing personnel to acquire information on reimbursement success, denials, and rates. Develop Qbtech’ s internal database of current reimbursement data, including state and clinic level information. Provide analysis and internal recommendations to commercial and sales team based on clinic-level insight regarding trends in payor activities and policies.Who are you?Experience in medical insurance reimbursement, preferably in the neuropsychological field.Strong understanding of clinical operations, site management, clinical workflow, and insurance policy. Experience working with professionals in the arena of CNS/Behavioral and Mental Health Disorders or Medical Device.Strong communication and negotiation skills, proven ability to ask insightful questions, high-level listening capacity and able to thoughtfully frame customer conversations.We Are Looking For Someone Who HasAssociates Degree or greater with 5+ years’ experience in insurance reimbursement and clinical operations.Experience in administration of Family Physicians, Psychiatrists and Pediatricians.Motivated self-started.Certified coding preferred or 5+ years of proven reimbursement/coding experiencing.This position is a remote position, with the possibility to transition to an office position in the future.What can Qbtech offer you?At Qbtech you will have the opportunity to work with something meaningful that helps people understand ADHD while transforming healthcare.
