QA Tester - Online Applications 6 Month Contract 100% Remote Our client is seeking a QA Tester to support testing of modern state government digital services, including Rapid Registration, and AI-enabled citizen-facing applications. This role will focus on ensuring quality, performance, and usability across web applications, APIs, and automated workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute manual and automated testing for web applications using PlaywrightValidate real-time transaction workflows, business rules, and eligibility checksTest chatbot-assisted interactions and AI-enabled user experiencesVerify integrations between web applications, APIs, and backend systemsEnsure a seamless user experience across responsive and high-volume digital platformsDocument defects, test results, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issuesRequired SkillsExperience with Playwright or other modern UI automation frameworksStrong web application, API, and integration testing experienceUnderstanding of high-volume transactional systems and user workflowsExperience with responsive web application testingStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsThe anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($55-60/hr). Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
