This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis to recommend Salesforce best practices.Configure Salesforce features including Custom Objects, Flows, Approval Processes, Email Alerts, and Communities.Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications using JSON and XML.Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Salesforce CLI, and Git.Customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience (Community) Cloud applications.Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.Create technical documentation and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.Assess technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Mentor junior developers and support project delivery with minimal supervision.Required Skills5+ years of Salesforce development experience.Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience (Community) Cloud.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, and Custom Objects.Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML integrations.Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Salesforce CLI, and Visual Studio Code.Experience implementing CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Experience with Git, Bitbucket, or other version control systems.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.Salesforce Certified Administrator.Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II Certification.Experience with Jira or Agile Accelerator.Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government Salesforce projects is a plus.Regards,Initiate.
