Join us!\n\nTHE PERSON:\nA successful candidate has a proven understanding of semiconductor testing and good technical knowledge on Equipment & testing document and experienced in equipment verification, repair and problem solving. You are independent, resourceful and take initiative. You are a phenomenal teammate with positive working demeanor and excellent customer service skills when dealing with contractors and suppliers.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOperate lab equipment for engineering samples and data collection activities\nSupport for remote engineering debug and basic level debug and report to maintenance or engineering\nAssist engineers in resolving equipment-related issues to achieve engineering goals and objectives\nEnsure schedules are followed and test results are communicated to the product teams.\nAccurately complete all paperwork associated with Engineering Work Requests\nEnsure proper housekeeping in the lab as well as other duties as assigned by supervisor\nConnect with engineers or product teams about requests\n\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\nLab experience preferred\nAttention to detail\nGood verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to speak/read/write in English\nAbility to use computer for sending/receiving email, updating spreadsheets, viewing documents\nPrevious integrated circuit test experience a plus\nAbility to work compressed work week schedule\nMay include extended periods of standing\nAbility to lift/carry up to 15 lbs.\n\nACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:\nBS in EE or CS preferred\n\nLOCATION:\nAustin, TX\n\n#LI-TW2\n#LI-HYBRID\nQualifications:\nBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.\n\nAMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
