Fellows are paired with experienced supervisors within the Fellowship Department who provide guidance on BACB clinical requirements and current examination content.Program highlights include:Streamlined curriculum aligned with current BACB regulations and exam content outlinesSupervision from experienced clinical leaders and onsite teamsOpportunities to accrue restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hoursOngoing mentorship and professional development support Early Mentoring Program:The Early Mentoring Program is designed for fellows who are within approximately six months of sitting for the BCBA exam and/or have completed 1,500-2,000 fieldwork hours.Participants accepted into the program receive additional benefits, including:Paid unrestricted hours completed each weekIncreased hourly compensationAccess to advanced client programming projectsFree or discounted BCBA exam study preparation packagesParticipation in study prep meetings and mentorship sessionsContinued fellowship hour accrual under the guidance of their assigned Responsible Supervisor These programs are designed to help BTs and RBTs build the skills, experience, and confidence needed to successfully transition into a BCBA role while continuing to make a meaningful impact with clients and families. Meaningful WorkHelp children build communication, social, and daily living skills while making a lasting impact on children and families every day.ResponsibilitiesAs an RBT, you will:Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASDImplement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plansCollect and record data on client progress and behaviorsUse ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent careParticipate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetingsMaintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environmentQualificationsActive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification requiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 3 months of ABA experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDependable, professional, and compassionateAbility to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessionsAbout Us:Key Autism Services is dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions.
