Our engineers solve complex technical challenges across space, defense, and commercial markets.\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team in designing, developing, and testing critical electrical systems and components.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign & Development: Create electrical schematics, layouts, and specifications for digital, analog, and power systems.\nComponent Selection: Analyze specifications and reliability requirements to select optimal components and equipment.\nAnalysis & Simulation: Perform calculations and simulations to model, analyze, and validate designs.\nPCB Collaboration: Partner with PCB layout engineers to provide design guidance, constraints, and layout reviews.\nIntegration & Testing: Test, troubleshoot, and debug complex electrical circuits and systems using lab equipment.\nMentorship: Train, guide, and mentor junior engineers and technicians on design procedures, documentation, and best practices.\nCross-Functional Teamwork: Participate in design reviews, provide technical feedback, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver projects on schedule.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).\nExperience: 4+ years of relevant electrical design and development experience.\nClearance: Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship).\nSkills: Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, circuit troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving.\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel occasionally as required.\nPreferred Skills & Technical Experience:\nDesign Tools: Proficiency with ORCAD or equivalent EDA tools.\nTechnical Domains: Hands-on experience with Analog/Digital design, Power Systems, VHDL, FPGAs, Networks, or Communication Systems.\nLab Equipment: Hands-on experience with Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Power Supplies, Signal Generators, and Hipot Testers.\nIndustry Focus: Prior experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Space Systems engineering.\nLeadership: Prior experience acting as a Project Engineer or Lead Engineer.\nWhy Join Us?
